How It Works
Clean Fuel. Zero Emissions. No Compromise.
At Keepero, we’ve developed a revolutionary system that transforms plastic waste into clean, usable fuel, without burning, without smoke, and without compromise. Our proprietary P2E (Plastic-to-Energy) process is compact, scalable, and designed to address one of the world’s most significant environmental challenges: plastic pollution.
Every unit is engineered for efficiency, safety, and real-world deployment, whether at landfills, ports, industrial zones, or off-grid communities.
The Keepero Advantage
While other systems rely on combustion, melting, or high-temperature incineration, Keepero’s process is different. Our patented approach uses a closed-loop conversion cycle and a proprietary catalyst to break down plastics into high-quality fuels, without releasing harmful emissions into the environment.
Here’s what sets us apart:
- Zero combustion: no flames, no incineration, no air pollution
- Closed-loop system: fully contained process with zero toxic release
- Fuel-grade output: clean diesel, gasoline, and light oil
- Scalable design: 50–100 metric tons of plastic processed per day
- Grid-flexible: can operate on-site or in remote/off-grid zones
- Modular & mobile: deployable in standard 40′ containers
“Keepero’s system doesn’t mimic fire. It mimics nature, converting what’s discarded into something vital again.”
Built for the Real World
Keepero isn’t a lab prototype, it’s a real-world solution engineered for industrial and municipal deployment.
Our P2E units are:
- Safety-optimized with built-in controls and monitoring
- Environmentally compliant with zero emission ratings
- Designed for longevity with low-maintenance components
- Shippable globally in ISO-standard containers
Every deployment removes thousands of tons of plastic from the environment — and replaces fossil fuel demand with clean, circular energy.
Why We Don’t Share Full Specs Online
We believe in transparency, but also in protecting what makes Keepero unique. Our catalyst and core conversion method are protected as proprietary intellectual property. For that reason, we don’t publish diagrams or technical specifications online.
However, we do provide:
- Private briefings under NDA
- Site visits or unit demonstrations
- Technical documentation for qualified partners and municipalities
- Emissions and performance testing upon request
“If Keepero had existed five years ago, we would’ve deployed it at every landfill site we manage.”
“The fact that Keepero can operate off-grid makes it a potential game changer for remote bases, ports, and disaster relief.”
“This isn’t just another green tech idea. Keepero’s system actually works, and that’s rare in this space.”
